Receiving a terminal diagnosis and navigating end-of-life decisions can be overwhelming.  It can feel uncertain, heavy, and isolating for both the dying and their loved ones. 

After assisting several family members and friends move through the end-of-life trajectories, with the help of Hospice, I decided it was time to further my education by getting certified as a death doula, so I could be a grounded bedside presence, help with legacy planning, and offer gentle guidance, tailored to each family's unique values.
