First and foremost, this method is not led by a counselor or therapist, but rather by a facilitator of the Women's Empowerment Course, using Universal Principles.  This program came out of the desire to spend more than one day, in a group setting, on how to address what crisis is and how to work through it.

This strategy on how to navigate through crisis in a healing, positive, and productive way, is done one-on-one, over 4 weeks.

Each session is 90 minutes.  The cost of this 6 hour program is $150.
